Both the international and domestic terminals are named Chhatrapati Shivaj International Airport. Passengers have to make sure that they arrive at correct terminal. The international and domestic terminals are located around five kilometers (three miles) apart. There's a free shuttle bus, which departs every 20-30 minutes and operates 24x7 (24 hours day, 7 days a week). It takes around 20 minutes to get from T1 to T2. Passengers with special needs are catered for by reserved parking slots, ramps, lifts and bathrooms. Wheelchairs and attendants are available inside the terminals.

Users have to provide their mobile numbers as Wi-Fi passwords are sent by text message.
In addition, Terminal2 hosts a big art exhibition with 6,000 pieces of Indian Art including religious statuettes from all over India. The majority of the art originates from the 8th to the 19th Centuries, with some 100 commissioned contemporary works, including by renowned Indian artists. The exhibitions is displayed along the walls of the terminal.
For reaching the city passengers can use public transport in the form of buses, trains, auto rickshaws or taxi services.
Prepaid taxis booths are available at both Domestic and International Terminals. A number of private taxi providers and car rental counters are located at the arrival area of terminals. Auto Rickshaws are available at the Domestic Terminal.
