Yercaud is a hill station located at the altitude of 1515 m (4970 ft) in the Shevaroys range of hills in the Eastern Ghats. It is a popular destination for Eco tourism and trekking. Yercaud is known for coffee plantations and bananas, pears, jack and citrus fruits cultivation.
